We are a family owned business that have been serving the community since 1974. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely basis. We do give a lifetime warranty with our work for as long as the customer owns their vehicle. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including email and text messages. We are a direct repair facility for most insurance companies but will work with any.

Quality and time management of work was great. Front desk gal could use some coffee or something, each time I went in she was rude, not attentive, and acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to have come in the shop. Very unfriendly and lacking in customer service. I understand it was early in the morning but that being the first impression of a company is concerning as a new customer.

We still have a trim piece that was not replaced. With my okay you glued it back with tape to hold it in place. Removal of the tape the next day also pulled the trim back loose. We are deciding whether to replace or leave as is
