We do give a lifetime warranty with our work for as long as the customer owns their vehicle. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including email and text messages. We are a direct repair facility for most insurance companies but will work with any.

The Body Shop replacements and repairs, done on my car, was done very professionally and now it looks almost like new! They got the work done earlier than I expected and completed extra work that I asked to be done too. So now I am having them put on a new headlight to match the other headlight, which was replaced. I am almost glad the deer T- boned me, because my car looks so much better. I hope to be able to get the trunk door to open, so that lock can be replaced with a new one at a more reasonable price. Right now the lock is temperamental and only opens once in a while.

Mike did a great job taking care of my car. He answered my questions and also fixed some repairs that were not covered by insurance. They also did a nice job cleaning my car.

When my wife picked up the vehicle no one walked her out and went over it with her. She went back in to show to chips in the door but they had all gone to lunch but and older man named Charlie.. He walked out(not sure if he even worked there) looked at it, rubbed on the 2 spots and said don't worry about it, it has clear coat on it and it won't spread. Then when we paid our deductible they charge$27 more for using a card without disclosing that information. My wife called back and said she would have paid with a Chevy to save the fee, the receptionist got rude. Told her if she could be back in 40 min she guess she could exchange it for her. My wife said she could be there in 10 and was. This is the first time we have been treated so poorly. Especially after the car rental incident.....ugh what a nightmare.
