Car was not fixed on first attempt. We had to take it back to fix again. Wheel bearing was bad and there were scuffs that were not fixed. Supposedly it was test driven, I sont know how the test driver could have missed the roar from the bearing. The car was at the shop for a month and we are out of rental car coverage. Now we jave to huggle vehicles, so everyone can make it to work.. This is the 4 th vehicle that we had had repaired at your shop and the fiest time we are dissatisfied.

I had to call for updates if vehicle would be completed. Second time I called and explained I was calling due to needing to go to Dr I was told would not know between 2/230. Never received call back. Had spoke to Tina both times. Should be able to judge earlier in day if car will be completed. Waiting till after 230 and you close at 5 for pick up doesn’t give much time to make arrangements if needed. Brian was great with estimate. Jay called and was professional regarding ordering of parts and notifying me of claim info. Ron was excellent and went over everything that was replaced and with what. I have been there MANY times with both my vehicles and my husband’s this is not my first time there.

Again Brian, Jay, and Ron were wonderful. I couldn’t even get a return phone call after having to call myself twice to check on car. When I called and explained why I was calling due to needing to go for X-ray they could of checked.
