Brought my car in at the appointed time, was provided progress reports, and the work was completed Friday morning when the estimate was Friday at 4pm. the fender looked better than when new. I am very pleased with the quality of work as is evidenced by the fact my other car is coming in Monday for some needed work. Thanks to all there, see you again soon. Bill Pratt .

Nick and the Fender Mender Team were absolutely amazing from the first phone call I made to set up an appointment to the day I picked up my car. With the difficult situation I was in, Nick made me feel at peace, explained everything to me in detail and when I asked any questions he was happy to answer them without hesitation and being a woman thatâs comforting. My car was done a day early and because I was relying on a loaner car from my clients it was nice to get it back to them earlier as well. Nick communicated with me thru the whole process and his word is GOLDEN!!! I will refer Fender Mender to all my family, friends and clients. Very, very satisfied with Nick and his Team!! I trust Fender Mender with any repairs that I have to make to my vehicles. They are always top notch. The only thing I could pass along would be to double/triple check work done not only by Fender Mender but work that has to be sent out. This is even more important on small jobs because the time table is much shorter. I had an issue with a wheel that got re-finished. It took an extra 2 days (on a 3 day repair) to get repaired because it had to be sent out again. The only other thing that if there is some way to not have a chemical paint smell in the car for weeks after the repair it would be great. My car still has the smell of paint in it. Other than that, Fender Mender is great. Amazing customer service and very friendly.
