All in all, the repair is good, but it doesn't quite line up in one spot and is noticeable. I did love that the car was washed when picked up though -- thank you! I think Kevin is super nice and appreciate him working with my schedule.

Very pleased with the work on my Escape The damages were made on time and the car looks like new. The manager kept me informed and updated me while repairs were made. The accident was a bad experience and Frederick Ford was a very good experience.
