Repair was for a broken body panel clip. Panel is now in place but still not solid. Estimate was for around $350. Final bill was or over $1500 with no notification of chanbe. Extra $1200 was for a "scan" which was not properly done and ended up having to take the vehicle to the Subaru dealer to get the software issue corrected.

Was told that I would have to leave the vehicle to get an estimate. Told them that I had no other transportation and would take the vehicle somewhere else. All of a sudden they were able to do the estimate right then.
