The Shop staff are very friendly, respectful, and professional. However, I was dissatisfied with the experience. They estimated 3-5 days for my repair. I didn’t hear from them by the end of the fifth day, so I called them and they told me 2-3 more days. I didn’t hear from them by the end of the third day, so I called them and they told me one more day. I didn’t hear from them by the end of that day so I called them and they told me one more day. They told me it was finally ready, but when I went to pick it up, they had failed to repair a major scratch on the driver’s door handle which was specifically listed on their estimate. They had also not put the door back together properly, so there was a gap between the window and the door which allowed air in from the outside. Finally, they added an additional several hundred dollars to the estimate for properly repairing a tiny scratch on the rear quarter panel which I happily agreed to. This was supposed to include fully blending the paint and putting on clear coat. However, they missed this scratch as well. When I pointed this out, they did a very quick repair on the scratch, but did not paint the rest of the quarter panel even though I paid for it according to the estimate. Very nice staff, but very poor service.
