The work was good, repair was a little sloppy I noticed some chips I also noticed some overspray on the windshield andover spray on the passenger door passenger window tint a scratched up on the passenger side, opening marks on the door from when the handles or screws were taken out this is $60,000 car I came here thinking it was going to be a brand new after, I wanted it done the first time if it's going to be here for a month I expect everything to be finished and done right.. Me having the constantly call every couple days or few days to get an update was a little bothersome as well.

I had a white BMW I4 and my car was in there nearly a month and the only thing that was needing fixed was the door and so I guess it was replaced, now the window doesn't close properly, there's an air gap in the cracks on the right side and sometimes the window doesn't even go down maybe it's the motor function but whatever it is it's not functioning properly after they installed it.

A family member had a little fender bender accident with our 2025 Honda Odyssey. We took it to The Shop for a quote and to my surprise we were quite taken back with a reasonable quote to repair our car. We made arrangements to leave our car and four days later, they called us to pick up the vehicle as they had completed the repairs including matching the cars paint. Very impressed with their skilled workers. The car we picked up was like the new one we picked up from the Honda dealership several months ago. Thanks Dominic for a job well done.

Repairs were quick and the quality was good (panel spacing good and strait). Trim had some very minor deformities but the trim is within dodge spec. Failed to do the oil change I requested as a separate part of the job, but that's fine, I'll do it myself.
