The only thing I really didn't like was the price change from the first estimate given. I am a widow on a budget and I appreciate you working with me on what to fix and not to fix to make the repairs affordable.

There was NOTHING wrong with my vehicle mechanically when I took it to your shop. It went in for bodywork. I paid 5k out of my pocket and insurance paid appx 9k. Your shop did something to cause first claim bad battery. Turns out battery wasn’t bad. Then onto claiming alternator is bad. Shop orders one without my authorization or cost communication. After almost 2 months later the shop charges my wife another thousand dollars! This is far from good business practices! I had used the touch up shop in past with no issues. I will NEVER use this shop again and EVERYONE I know and come in contact with will know of this unethical act! I had to be informed by a passersby that they were having battery issues when our car was spotted outside shop on a battery charger. We were notified many times of hood, doors, tailgate, being left open for days from our Kia connect app. The shop caused this failure, yet pinned it on us the customer in the end. Unacceptable and very disappointed
