The service manager George went the extra mile to figure out how to get a correct claim number to be able to help me get my vehicle service. Safelite was the original vendor assigned by Allstate and they forwarded it to THEODORE Robbins with the invalid claim number. George figured it all out. Got it all fixed and got my car fixed and everything was great. Thank you so much.
