The entire staff was wonderful to work with but Wayne was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure that I understood the process working with insurance and took care.of the loose ends. The car was done in a timely manner and looked as good as new when finished.

Car was repaired but not returned with same functionality as before. My lights had an automatic Setting and when the control was replaced it was done so with one that is manual only. I assume because this was cheaper but that is not acceptable. I did not realize this when I picked my car up and am now stuck with a car that has less functionality than when I brought it in. This is disappointing and good reason to not use your insurance companies preferred body shop. Also I had to reinstall my own ignition cover as it was left in my cup holder and not installed.
