I would like to bring my car back in to show Thoma the damages left on my car do to buffing. When I picked my car up I focused on the repair that occurred on the front end of my vehicle! Just wondering why my vehicle needed buffing on the sides and rear of my car? It's a 2025 year vehicle, did the whole car really need buffed out?

Let's start by saying I have a 2025 honda crv with less than 9000 miles on it. On my way to work a buck deer ran out in front of me and trashed the whole front end! Thoma body shop did an amaazing job repairing my honda! I will return and recommend Thoma auto repair to all my family and friends !

I left a review but long story short I was lied to throughout my whole experience. Kyle did a really terrible job of being honest and upfront about time frames and that led to multiple pick up date promises. I don’t have a second car and I work downtown, it’s not exactly safe for me take public transportation. If I’d been given a truthful time frame i would be a lot less frustrated because I wouldn’t not have had to scramble to find rides for three weeks. Also a lot of trash was left in my car and I have a hard time believing that wasn’t to be spiteful since I complained about my experience to another staff member. I will never use this shop again and I’ll make sure no one I know uses it in the future.
