Thomas always does an amazing job! The only reason I didn’t give them a 10 was because it took so long to get my car completed. The new amount for the repairs is unbelievable and I’m sure will raise my premiums! Next time I hope things will be accurately evaluated. I went to two other places that gave me lower costs but State Farm almost insisted that I go to Thomas. If I did not place calls I would not know what was going on. Perhaps customer updates would be an option to assist the people you serve. Amy was always amazingly helpful.
