Cashier, who would answer initial calls, showed no empathy nor concern for my requests. Management also showed no sign of concern and displayed no effort to assist me in a timely manner. Overall, rude and lack of leadership.

Despite the delays of parts, The communication of delays was great and the outcome perfect. Having my vehicle detailed on receipt was a fantastic plus. It was like having a new car. Very Satisfied.

Country Financial slowed you down, haggled for parts to save money, and cost me thousands in lost income by being incompetant, but the repairs were done well by thomas.

They were very forthcoming. They agreed that Country Financial owed me something more than repairs. Matt was not surprised that my car was falling apart as i drove it. He expected that this situation would cause that. He laughed at the idea that I could possibly have been using the car for Uber in the time between the accident and getting repairs done.

Unfortunately my Rav was hit again and I had to return back. However, the service was still amazing the second time around. Always really friendly yet professional which is rare these days and greatly appreciated. I didn't have to wait long for estimate or to get in to have my Rav fixed. As always they did a great job fixing up my Rav again!
