The communication and professionalism was off the charts at Thompson’s. We were actually unhappy with the original color on our repaired bumper, but Brian and his team took that as a challenge to make us happy. They pulled the bumper and redid the paint with additional tint that made the color seamlessly match the rest of the car. We are thankful for a team that stands by their workmanship and product to get it right in the end

Thompson’s Collision was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made the repair process easy and stress-free. My Mercedes-Benz looked great when I got it back, and I really appreciated the care and attention they put into their work. One thing that really stood out was that they even cleaned a stain on my passenger seat from my Rottie at no charge, as a complete surprise. That kind of extra effort says a lot about the pride they take in their work and how they treat their customers. It’s always nice to support a local small business that goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Thompson’s Collision to others.
