I have used this location twice now and both times the staff has been GREAT. I cant say enough great things about Lisa and Kelly. These ladies answered all of my questions and concerns about my van. Even when I was having a time with pickup they both figured out ways to help me out. Thanks you so much ladies!! If I need you a body shop again. This will be place number one spot for me.

The repair was fine. The paint does not match and I made the Owings shop aware. I will be scheduling a repaint in the near future. I had extra worked ordered RO 3061001869 I had to speak to management because the estimate was extremely high. After our discussion the price was reduced from $1013 to $254. This indicates to me the Owings shop was trying to advantage of me. They would have intentionally overcharged me. Kevin

Repair was done quickly. I thought it would be three weeks but it was done in one week. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I won’t go anywhere else. This is definitely the best in our area

Everyone at Caliber Collision was very nice and helpful. Even answered a lot of questions about other problems with my car. The only thing I was having problems with was getting up the stoop out front. It needs a railing or something on it.
