Brian and Thompson’s Collision were super easy to work with. I was in a minor fender bender which was covered by the other driver’s insurance. The insurance company sent me to places that I had to make appointments that didn’t fit my schedule. I called Thompson’s to ensure they take claims, Brian immediately called me back to make me aware I could show up anytime they were open and he would take a look, no appointment needed. I then dropped my truck off a few days later and they handled the rest. They ensured my truck had no underlying damage not seen as well. And within four days from drop off I had my truck back, fixed perfectly, and no cost on my end. Everything was explained and well taken care of. Hope I don’t ever need to, but would use them again in a heartbeat.
