You failed to honor any of the numerous appointed times to diagnose the problem with my vehicle, and then when I wanted to take it elsewhere you held it for ransom for over 3 weeks. All the while I have had to pay for a rental and I still have no diagnosis or resolution. I am filing a report with the better business bureau. The general public need to be aware of the racket you are operating. You should be put out of business.

Your service has been very poor. Calls and messages are not returned. You promised to fix my car door lock, but it was forgotten. After I reminded you, you said a technician would come, but I still have not received any response. I have already paid in full. Please resolve this issue immediately. If this is not addressed promptly, I may have to seek legal assistance.
