We don't use this type service frequently but definitely have no reservations about recommending them to others. I say this wholeheartedly because the car sat untouched for 9 days at a competitor shop "in network" with our insurance. I finally went in, said "give me my keys", and drove it to Tidewater Collision. Had an estimate same day, approved by my insurance the next day, and we got to work.

Best place to have car repairs. You could not ask for more friendly personnel ( Jeremy,Maddie and Kevin) and to anyone else involved in repairing my car.
