Your automated system didn’t work. I dropped off on Monday. Got first notice you had my car on Thursday. I then got call to pick up my car on a day I didn’t have a ride. The front desk person was kind enough to pick me up and drive me back to shop. I got no paperwork in my car and then got noticed after car was with me that it was ready for pickup. I still would like paperwork on my service. I don’t understand why it wasn’t provided to me. While it wasn’t covered by my insurance it’s still my car. Thanks

I have held off sending this as my car still isn't completely fixed. I am still waiting for 2 moldings to come in. Before i picked up the car i was told varying stories....supply chair issues, the parts were on back order & the parts were delivered to the wrong place. Bottom line is the parts are not with you as of this time. That is why i have been holding off writing this evaluation

Lou was great. The woman who speaks on the phone gives mis-information and does not follow instructions. She was asked more than 4x to not send texts or contact my husband. She was told the car and insurance was in my name. She repeatedly sent him texts and now these surveys.
