Betty and Louis were so super friendly. The work to my car was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I loved the link from carwise that was provided to allow me to follow the progress to the work being done on my Scion. Tiernos is a great Autobody and I will continue to bring my vehicles there for any future work and I fully support the carwise program

Ultimately done well. They should’ve seen the errors on the dash for the safety systems, but they addressed it readily when I brought it back. The repair took a lot of time, but I know that was because it took a lot of time to get parts from Toyota.

Tierno's is probably the most comfortable experience I have had with a vehicle repair. 10/10 would highly recommend. They have gone above and beyond twice, granted the parts on back order due to the pandemic and all the other part shortages going on, they have gotten my car in mint condition in a week of part arrival. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you to Betsy for staying in contact and the owner Lou for making magic happen!
