I could not be happier with the quality of service and communication James Norris gave to me! I called James in panic mode regarding the most random hail & wind storm passing through the 40/42 area wreaking havoc and damage to my new car – I literally hadn’t even made my first payment on the car yet. James was very patient with me, was able to calm me down and answer millions of questions I had running through my head at the time. He explained the repair process to me, how he and the insurance company handled the damage/repairs and made sure I knew that everything was going to be “OK.” James provides “old-school” customer service, state-of-the-art repair status updates, compassionate communication and reassurance that your car will be as good-as-new once the work is completed! He is upfront, honest, hard-working and has a sense of urgency that makes you feel like you/your car/your time are his priority. Hands-down – excellent service! I found Norris Paint & Body after doing a Google search, I noticed if was close to home and it had some good reviews I decided to stop by for an estimate, Mr. Norris was professional and got right to work on finding prices for my vehicle it is a company vehicle so I had to get prior approval from my Employer after submitting the estimate and having it approved I called Me. Norris and informed him I would be dropping off the Vehicle for repairs. I originally dropped off the vehicle on a Friday and through out the week I received daily text messages with the status of the vehicle and on Wednesday I received a text message saying my vehicle was ready to come home talk about fast service and the vehicle looked better than new. Its been a great experience I highly recommend Norris Paint and Body shop and will be recommending to friends and famil.
