Everything was done to my utmost satisfaction. Chris kept me updated on the status of the repairs. He answered any and all my many questions. He even gave me advice on the return of my rental. The office staff was easy to work with and very pleasant. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They provide exception service and quality workmanship. 100% satisfaction with an amazing service from Tony, Bohyn and Roy. Tony had excellent customer service, labor on the car and communication from start to finish. Bohyn never got mad once at me for having to cancel and reschedule so many times due to life just happening and different issues in personal life. She was very helpful at the front desk also during the entire process and helped me with financial support on the computer at checkout due to me needing to try multiple times and multiple cards until mine went through. She had a lot of patience. Roy noticed I left my check at home and saw how upset I was with no ability to get a ride from family or afford a Lyft or Uber. He kindly with no hesitation, drove me to and from my house so I could get my check and make myself feel better after crying being so upset with things in my life and this just took a final toll on me so I was really stressed on my situation and about my finances to pay the $500 deductible. All in all, I was able to drive home with my brand new fixed car with only a few parts not fixed due to my insurance. This is the best car shop and is the best Caliber Collision in the state. Great team.
