Gregg was on top of everything between communications and getting my car fixed. Also loved how friendly the girls at the front were to me. It says a lot about management when the employees seem happy to be there too. My car was also ready a few days early so that was a big perk! Last time we had a car in a shop(different one) it was there for 3 months

Workmanship looks good but the best was the customer service. Perfect ten all around. I mean it. The process was easy, people friendly, responsive, and informative. I usually go rogue, but decided to go with Erie’s preferred repair center. Best choice ever.
