My experience with you guys was better that I could ask for. From start to finish. I am so glad that I chose your shop and you fell under both insurances I dealt with. From the inspection of my car during the drop off, Kevin wanted me to go over the accident and pin pointed the areas that were impacted on my vehicle, and that gave me the confidence I needed knowing that he was aware and that my car was in great hands. He also kept me in loop of each steps toward the progress and kept the communication open. My vehicle repairs were completed a little before the original scheduled repair time. At pick up, I received the same service. Ironically I have used another one of your location a while back, reason why the name of your business was in my phone contact, this time I chose this location which is closer to home. The 2 ladies at the front desk were also very pleasant, everyone walking by working inside your office was pleasant and smiling, that was impressive. That was long lol, but Thank you
