They kept me informed about my vehicle without me having to call. They did a great job on the work. They were honest about things I inquired about. They are personable and kind. They completed the work much quicker than expected. They are convenient in regards to having to rent a car as far as having it setup and allowing you to drop it off at there shop and not having to go back to the rental place. Caliber had always done my collision repairs and will continue.

Having a chuck of paint missing off the hood as a result of pressure washing, wasn't the ideal look for the fresh fix of the front end. I appreciate knocking 100 off the deductable. But now I need to get that spot fixed. There was a 'recalls mentioned for hyundai hoods and bad paint. Ill need to research that. But the hood pai t damage isnt how I expected the pick up to go. And I had to get somewhere this morning, so I really didnt feel like I had time to decline the offer of 100 off and take it as is. But we'll see. Either way, wasn't expecting to need to get more work done when I picked it up. Otherwise the repairs themselves look great. Stellar work. Just a hiccup. Thank you for hearing me.

My experience with caliber was awesome from start to finish! Justin went above and beyond with my repair. My car looks nice and pretty without one scratch! Communication through all was nice to have. I got updates almost daily on the process. I will definitely go back if I needed in the future!
