This process was seamless. I was really surprised on how fast the work began. The text messages I received twice a week kept us informed on the progress. Justin was so kind and even joked with my son. I hope we don’t have any more car damage but it does happen, I will definitely use Caliber Collision.. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful. Thank you for bringing our son’s 2013 Kia Optima back to life! He was thrilled about how great his car looked!

Customer service was outstanding from my very first phone call until the moment I drove away in my repaired vehicle. The rental car arrangement was seamless and truly made a stressful situation much easier.
