The TNS staff is very professional, polite, helpful, and informative. I was not expecting to find a large, clean and organized body shop like that in Brooklyn. I was satisfied with my experience from start to finish. I brought my car in on Monday, left with my car rental (enterprise) from the site and picked up my vehicle the very next afternoon. The mechanic was nice enough to wait for me to arrive before closing. I never felt rushed out. The mechanic went over the repairs thoroughly on my car, walked me in to finish my paper work, and walked me back out to my car when I left. I definitely found a body shop that I and the rest of my friends and family WILL come to if needed in the future. I'll definitely recommend TNS to anyone. Hands down they were great! I personally want to thank TNS and Geico for NOT making this a nightmare of an experience for me.

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone was courteous, communication was good, the facility was clean, and, most importantly, the work was completed in a timely manner as promised. I hope I never have to return, but I will if I ever need body work done.
