Everything was excellent! My only suggestion is keeping on better touch about progress on the vehicle, maybe through texts. I had to call to get updates and felt unsure how things were progressing. But in the end, you got it done within the 2 weeks estimated,which was great.

Communication somewhat broke down and thus I couldn’t give a rating of. However, although my point of contact personnel (did not include the name of the person, because don’t want to get the person in trouble) when didn’t respond to my text or calls in timely fashion, that had me concerned. When he finely did reach back out to me, I was informed he was ill.
