Because they deal with insurance and all that stuff, and allstate talks to them directly, I didn't mind being the 3rd party. If they can avoid being in the city, however, that would be my strongest recommendation. All auto shops park their cars like stray cats. Plentiful and all over the streets.

Pretty good experience. everything runs and sounds well and color is matched. If anything, the mirror installed in the passenger side, but it's really not the end of the world. It could be cause it's just new. They also offered to take care of it if the issue persists.

Body lines were perfectly straight.color match was perfect i even asked if the could rub out a scratch that wasn't part of the accident they went out of there way to fix it not only that I also got 100 % help in filing the claim I sat in a comfortable waiting area I received 100% assistance there shop is clean and orderly shows pride plus I used them 3 times the also located in Staten island my only regreat was that I had some other damage on the other side of car I should have asked for a price I bet it would have been I good idea sorry I didn't ask no problems with tns definitely would use them again very pleased with there work....
