When left our car there , we didn’t get inform that we have to pay the deductible of the insurance coverage , so we eventually have to pay the deductible amount

TNS did a great job fixing my car that was hit while parked. You can’t tell there was ever damage in the slightest. They were professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. They even cleaned my car inside and out before it was returned to me. Would absolutely trust them again with my car.

I'm really angry because they delivered the car and they hadn't finished the job yet. I think they tried to save money by not using the right parts, and they left the car filthy and disgusting. They couldn't even be bothered to put a cover on the dashboard, and all the dust ended up inside the car.
