OMG, TNS made the experience of being hit in the rear not a pain in the rear. I met with Andrew (super great guy) I signed a few papers and then I was told to have a seat in the very nicely decorated and very comfortable waiting area. Car rental place picked me up from TNS. I was kept up to date on the repairs to my vehicle and actually got my car back 2 days earlier than expected. My Subaru Forester looks just like it did before it was hit. Perfect. Thank you. 5 STARS.
