If you have to use TNS for insurance coverage, no fault, or you just want to upgrade. Use TNS. I will recommend them to friends and family. We are very satisfied with the work they did on our vehicle. Lots of nightmares out there waiting for you, I think TNS wont be one of them.

On May 13th a young lady tried to share the inside lane on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway with me without first letting me finish with the lane, and resulted in a side swipe, with dent and material transfer for me, and same and broken mirror for her, I'm a Gieco customer so the no fault was handled through them and I just went with the collision group they selected, because I figured we both want inexpensive, fast quality service. Geico doesnt want problems and 'do over's' and I want my vehicle repaired close to home and convenient, so it seemed everything synced up at TNS auto collision When I arrived there I didnt expect much to be honest, but apparently the location had been bought from the previous commercial collision group by TNS and wow what a difference in the way the place looked, the fence was repaired, the waiting area and service areas both had been upgraded, and I was met by a young professional guy named Jason who's demeanor, professional way to speak and greet customers, completely assuaged any fears I had about following the insurers suggestion to use them. The waiting area for the customers was clean with new furniture, freshly painted, with a food service area and bathroom, cable TV and comfortable air conditioning, wow. I felt like TNS was going to really do a good job on my car already. The service area seemed to have gotten an upgrade as well, I remember driving by this place when the old owners were in charge and the vehicle bays looked filthy and poorly maintained, not the case now. Very clean, well organized and the staff looked professional and busy. If your still reading this, then you want to know what my car looked like before and after the repairs...
