TNS did a great job on the car. Someone backed into my car causing damages to the bumper and headlight. The driver should have looked into the side mirrors. I didn't have a car for few days. I got my car back in 2 days after they got the parts. Thank you for the job well done.

Other than not being informed of the progress until they got the parts and costs, I was very satisfied with the customer service. The insurance didn't cover everything. I would have like to be informed of the cost before they got the parts. As it turned out, I was able to afford the parts. Everything turned out fine.

Everything was great work was fast and professional. I couldn’t tell any difference between the damaged area and none damaged area shop was clean and comfortable with coffee and water available. If there’s any cons it was with the tires . Two tires were damaged in the collision and I had to pay an extra $450 for a prorated amount when the tires only had 19000 miles on them . The tires were damaged in the collision and the original deductible should take care of that . But no the $450 was on top of any deductible that just not right .
