Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships is a family owned automotive sales and repair business that has been serving the Allen County area since 1962. One of the lower lights was damaged in the rear bumper. It was replaced. the old one on the other side was not and now they do not look like they match. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to pay to replace the other side so they matched or the other side should have been cleaned up to make it match if it was just old and yellowed

I have had a work done at the body shop several times, unfortunately. 4 times to be exact. 2 of the 4 times I was not 100% happy with the work

It wasn't completely done. The suspension was never looked at, or so it seems since it still needed work done

I had my car repaired after a deer hit me. It was in for i think 3 weeks. I picked it up, it looked beautiful, but after I drove it and it seemed like the alignment was off and when turning there was a knocking noise, I took it back and work still needed to be done

I was told our repair would take about 3-5 days. It ended up being 4.5 weeks. When I got my car back (I picked it up after hours as I work during business hours) it had a big scratch on the new part that was replaced. I had to find the time to get my vehicle back for your shop to look at it and then fix, after already turning in my rental car and I live about 40 mins away. This was very inconvenient and our car should have been inspected before giving back to us. I received no apology or compensation for this. Very frustrated.
