Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships is a family owned automotive sales and repair business that has been serving the Allen County area since 1962. We have laser measuring frame equipment, down draft baking booths and also offer paintless dent repair on site. NO my car was NOT fixed at all!!! Still needs brakes & struts & it’s super loud & sound like it’s dragging & it shakes bad not a satisfied customer at all & my car has been repaired by Tom ahl before and I was super satisfied not sure why the job didn’t go correctly this time but I need the CORRECT service ASAP!!!

Repairs took a lot longer than I thought they would. But the employees were very pleasant and helpful. My insurance adjustor worked closely with Tom Ahl to keep me updated. I guess the only issues I had were how long it took for repairs to be done and the "carwise" website texted me the time and date my vehicle would be ready, but it was not ready. Otherwise I was a satisfied customer.

I loved the updates by text. My car was returned clean shiny and looking like new. I was happy except for one thing I was missing my cap that looked like cigarette lighter. I called and you found it right away. When cleaning look for objects that might go up your sweeper.😁Thank you all for tlc!

I went to pick up my truck and the new oem bumper had bad chrome or it was not new. I was was told the replacement bumper would be in on Monday. I never received any updates so I call on Wednesday afternoon and I was told it was ready. So the second bumper was better but the truth was covered in dust from buffing compound. I took the truck to the car was on Rob Avenue. This was not a first class experience. Johnnie S Williams

There is a obvious crack in the paint above the headlight that was replaced. Not sure how anyone could miss that. But I will bring it back to make it right. It’s just highly inconvenient for me to do that at this time. I had expected it to be right the first time. Everything else looks great. And the time in which it was completed was excellent.
