Color of paint repair is off and edge where new part meets old the paint is rough like it did not dry right

My insurance company contacted me about a taillight crack that weâre disputing. It was in the estimate to get fixed. I had no contact from the body shop whatsoever about the issue. When I picked my vehicle up the taillight was not fixed. I did not question this because I figured it was due to the insurance. I would have liked to been notified though. If it was not too expensive we probably would have paid it ourselves to get fixed.

Very smooth system. They even contact car rental when need to be picked up and also when returned with the car. Really appreciated not having to make arrangements for someone to drop me off and then pick me up later.
