Craftsmanship was perfect!! Only issue is they said they would have a vehicle available to take me home when I dropped off the car for repair....and they did not. I did set up a specific time I was dropping off the car and expected a car to be available within 15 minutes or so to take me home. That was not the case.

I had to bring my car back. Defect in the paint and AC not working properly. QC was lacking for sure. Makes me wonder if I will be back for other services or not?

Samantha was great. She communicated effectively, provided updates, and ensured the work I needed done was complete. She went out of her way to ensure I have a suitable loaner vehicle. I really appreciate her service and attention to detail. The body work came out perfectly. Your car wash/detailing crew does a poor job. The sprayed some type of detailing spray on the truck and didn’t wipe it down. There’s small spots on the plastic trim and steps where product was sprayed but not wiped in. There’s also residual detailing spray all over the truck. I need to wash the truck this weekend because it looks bad. You should teach them to spray the product on the rag and then wipe onto the truck. I can accept the poor detailing since the rest of the service was great, especially from Samantha.

The Collision Center Advisor, Kyle Elliot, keep me in form on what stages my truck was in on while it was in the shop. Got it out on time. Had a few concerns, but was take care of with on problem Was treated respectfully throughout the full process
