overall, the car looks beautiful. I've had to deal with some crappy repairs from other shops in the past and this one was the best. I know a car will never be back to the way it was but ya'll got almost perfect.

the repair quality is great. The only issue i saw was a missing clip which i have extra clips (i'm an insurance adjuster) and the wheel repair that tom clark did not do.

when i called in, customer service is awesome. Person i picked the car up from was very nice. I've never had anyone call me to go over repairs or anything. I understand the est but a customer that doesn't know cars, may want a better explanation of what's going on.

If you are asking about Hail damage repair to my Tahoe it was excellent; done promptly and well and within budget. As to my wife’s cadillac it was not repaired. Rather than repair we traded it in on a new car.

Did not totally understand where the damage to the tire wheel was. The damage was on the inside of the wheel. The side that was not visible until tire would have been looked at off of the car.

The 3% up-charge when paying by credit card spoiled the customer experience.

The repair was excellent, completed in a timely manner. The customer experience was diminished significantly when a 3% up-charge was added to my bill for paying with a credit card. Customers have many choices.
