Tom Kadlec Auto Body is a family owned full service auto body shop. We repair all makes and models. We have a limited number of free loaners and work with rental companies as needed to make sure our customers have something to meet their transportation needs while their vehicle is in shop. We place customer needs and safety at the highest level. Combined with exceptional skill and auto repair knowledge we use the latest in advanced technology and techniques to insure that your vehicle comes back to you looking like new. I have been working with Mike Rossi for many years on body work. I would go to Mike first, but my experience with Tom Kadlec Honda was good. If Mike is anable to do a repair job, I will use Tom Kadlec Honda auto body again.

The paint work was excellent. I didn’t expect the car to be detailed when I picked it up, but I was not prepared for how dirty it was. I spent at least two hours, cleaning and vacuuming and wiping down the interior and the exterior vehicle after I picked it up. Should’ve been cleaned up, better, in my view.

When I got the estimate, I was told it would take 2 days. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take 2-3 days. It ended up taking 5, and I didn’t know until the last minute that it would be done. I asked for a loaner vehicle and they said there were none available. I would have been perfectly fine if I would have been told it would take 5 days, but the last minute scrambling I had to do was not planned for.

The quality of the repair is great! There is an issue with an interior handle on the car, which they are in the process of resolving. Otherwise I am happy with how the repair turned out.

Communication could be improved. I had questions upon dropping the car off that were never answered/addressed. Did not receive updates during the repair; I had to call 9 days into the repair for an update. Would have been nice if communication was more proactive & thorough.
