Although the work done on my car was great the customer service was a bit disappointing. Orginally I brought my car for an estimate in late Feb/March. Derk informed me cost which was quite expensive so I decided to go through my insurance company. He told me that if I brought my car back to TB Collision he would "touch up" a scratch on my driver's door. He reassured me at drop off, almost a month later that he didn't forget and would take care of it. When I picked up my vehicle, the scratch was still there. Untouched. I didn't inquire about it because they had kept my car for over a week after the promised pick up date. I didn't want to leave my car there any longer. I was told to pick up my car on Friday, and then it changed to Wednesday (when I called the shop) and then final pick up was on Thursday at 5:30. I definitely did not want to rush quality work but changing pick twice was definitely aggrevating.***Each time I spoke with the OMs they were very pleasant and easy to speak with.
