Everything was great, from drop off to pickup. Communication was well maintained. The connection between the GEICO and Gerber was flawless. I found one ding, possibly from installing the hood. A minor bit of touch up paint would take care of that.

Upon picking up my vehicle we noticed something didn’t look right in the paint. The office manager took a quick look and said that’s bad body work and will need to keep the vehicle and do it over again. The good news they acknowledged that and did it over again. The second time that wasn’t an issue anymore but my vehicle was far from clean. It had rubbing compound all over the plastic trim and the interior had arm prints on the console and door panel. Also the running board wash filthy from dirty feet. I dropped off my truck extremely clean as I am ocd about my vehicles. So to pick it up like this was not pleasant.

The entire staff was amazing. Sam communicated with me every step of the process. She was super sweet and efficient. Rick walked the truck with me and provided the quote. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the parts I needed and he assured me they would handle everything. The truck came back outstanding. The auto specialists checked over everything and the truck looked like new. As soon as the parts were in, they had the truck don’t in a few days. 10/10 would recommend!
