If the incident with the luggage rack had not happened, or if the service person was honest with me about the situation, I would definitely have recommended Tommy Blair's Collision to friends. Not very likely to at this point.

Damage was done to my luggage rack by Tommy Blair's Collision. I am still waiting to get the replacement parts. When I pointed out the damage, I was first told that that was the way the luggage rack was and nothing was wrong. When I pointed out the difference in one side of the rack as opposed to the other, I was told that all the pieces to my luggage rack broke when they took them off. An incorrect piece was replaced which was obviously wrong and an entire piece was missing. I should have been told about this up front instead of being told that everything was fine.
