It is not very often that professional and quality service is received by the consumer. I dealt with Steve who knows what he is doing and explained the parts I needed without having to ask too many questions. I spoke the most to James, who was very polite and accommodating. I checked out with Tommy after being in aw and disbelief of how my vehicle sparkled and glistened as I pulled up to pick it up. I drive even more carefully now. If anyone ever needs vehicle bodywork done - y'all are my "go to" referral company. I am so elated about the cosmetic work done on my Lexus - it is even more beautiful now than when I dropped it off to Tommy Blair's Quality Collision Repair. Very happy overall. I liked the system and the updates on completion date. I do feel like the diligence with keeping the system, and me, up to date towards the end feel off and I had to call to get updates. But everybody was friendly, open, no promises made that weren't kept. Hope not too be back but if I need to, you guys are number one on the list.
