Steve was my point of contact. The original insurance payout estimate was nine hundred dollars. I went to Quality auto body and worked with Steve For them, resolve the low estimate with the actual repair cost using new OEM parts. The repair bill ended up paying over seven thousand dollars. The damage it is now restored good as new. It made it seem that's Steve in quality worked as my advocate.

In truth it was the expense and timeliness of the parts that was most disturbing to me. I’m not unfair in that I’d blame the body shop for that but a $4600 bumper that took 14 days to fix just seemed ridiculous to me.
