After the right rear door repair, we had to return to shop to have the headliner repaired as it was taken out for some reason during the door repair and several trim pieces were left loose. Seat belt height adjusters were locked down and unusable. Also had a wind “whistle” from somewhere that was not there before the door repair. Haven’t found the source of that issue. After initially refusing to believe they had removed the headliner, the owner did repair the headliner back about 95% of where it should be. Passenger side seat belt adjuster trim is still loose and the “whistle” is still there. Prior to the door damage the car was essentially new and had no issues. Now we may be looking at trading the car due to these new issues. I had heard good things about this shop for most of my life but this incident has me questioning my choice. Little to no chance I would recommend them to anyone in the future.
