All was done as presented during my 1st visit, and more. As a matter of fact I was happily surprised getting my car back one full week ahead of what I had been told. I am very impressed by their customer service in terms of communicating regularly and efficiently the different stages and progress on the repairs as they happen. I felt important and respected as a customer and have already recommended this Auto Body Shop to 2 persons.

Did an excellent job, and faster than first estimated. I felt very comfortable as they communicated 3 times a week via texts and phone calls to let me know the status on the repairs. Everyone I spoke to, by phone and in person was a real pleasure to deal with as all of them were professional, patient and most of all kind. To top it all, my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I first drove it off the dealership lot.

Satisfied with the repair of my car, the staff keep me updated through text and even call me to inform the car is done. Staff is very friendly and with personal connection with the clients. Thanks for all the help in getting my car fix! Excellent job.

At Tommy's Body Shop everyone I talked with, and received communications from, was VERY friendly, professional, and informative. They are all clearly knowledgeable as to what was needed to fix the auto, working with the insurance company, and when the repairs would be completed.
