Y’all did excellent work my truck, thank you. But I asked ya’ll several times to make needed repairs the Wind shield waster fluid squeaker ( the line is separated right bottom corner of the hood).

Staff never called with updates, we had to contact them. They forgot to place emblem on car before releasing the vehicle stating everything fixed, we had to tell them. Headlight wasn’t working due to replacing with an aftermarket light, had to take vehicle back for another replacement light. No communication it customer didn’t call or stop by.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend them. The work didn’t come back clean or finished properly — had compound residue left on the car, paint issues, and some of the fitment on replaced parts still wasn’t right. Communication from the shop was also pretty lacking; most updates came through my insurance instead of them. Overall it just didn’t feel like attention to detail was there.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the repairs performed on my vehicle. The taillight installed on the vehicle has poor fitment and is allowing water to leak into the trunk during rain. This issue was not present before the repair. There are also paint defects, including fisheyes, that require additional correction. I also have concerns regarding the parts used and whether all repairs listed on the estimate were completed as described. The estimate indicated OEM taillight replacement, but the taillight installed appears to be an aftermarket unit with poor fitment and sealing. What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability for these issues. Instead of acknowledging the workmanship concerns, responsibility has been shifted elsewhere while I am left with a vehicle that requires further repair. I expected professional-quality repairs and a vehicle returned in proper condition, and that expectation was not met.

My family has been using Tommy's for decades and though we live in New Braunfels now, Tommy's in Conroe will always be worth the drive for the stellar service on the vehicles as well as awesome staff/employees/owner.
