As always, the customer service, Ashley in particular, is exceptional. I only I have one complaint. Prices are rather extravagant. Now, it may have only been the problem and issue and I am aware that this is a problem that plagues the auto repair industry as a whole, but I thought it deserved mentioning nonetheless.

I was very disappointed that my vehicle was deemed a total loss but The employees especially Ashley were very helpful and helped me understand more about the process. My vehicle was only 7 months old with 4,011 miles that made it harder. Everyone was great to me!

Rear bumper was removed and repainted under an insurance claim. The rear bumper is now misaligned. Brought it back to point this out and get it corrected. Left it for a couple of hours and upon picking it up I'm told there's no adjustment on the bumper. It wasn't misaligned before it was worked on. Besides that, the paint came out good. The staff are nice and helpful.
