Other than not knowing I had a deductible for the repairs which they explained Tommy's was extremely friendly and helpful in getting my car fixed.. good communication when dealing with the repairs and I highly recommend Tommy's Paint and Body to anyone in need of car repairs!

At first glace the car looked great then I noticed some issues once I was out of the hospital and able to drive my car. It sat in the garage until I came home. There are 4 main issues that I'm unhappy with. 1. There is a deep scratch right above the grill. That wasn't there prior to the accident. 2. The car makes loud squeaking noises, coming from under the car when driving. Sounds like an old car. 3. The AC doesn't blow cold until it's driven several miles. This happens first time it's driven everyday. If it's been turned off for a short time it remains cold. I'm a pancreatic patient and I'm not supposed to be in the heat, it makes me vomitius, due to medication. Normally someone goes out to the carport and starts my car and turns the ac on high so I don't have to get into a hot car. Can not do that now. 4. When driving and trying to speed up such as getting on the freeway the engine makes a loud hum, sounds kinda like a souped up Honda hum, very annoying. I've bought this car brand new and put the first miles on it. So I know my car well, these things are all after the wreak. Also, I need the copy of the paid invoices please. The work you turn out is TOP OF THE LINE. The front office is a truly enjoyable part of the team to deal with. The back office, where the actual reconstruction of the vehicle is preformed, I did not have contact with but by the results presented it is obvious they are proud of the work they do.
