I have always received great service until this time. 3 updates in 3 weeks and those have all been in the last 6 days. I called every few days since 10/28 when I dropped off my vehicle to get a progress update. It went from 11/4 to 11/7 to 11/10 to 11/14 to 11/18. I understand part delays etc but I was never called or emailed until the insurance adjuster added me to the emails in regards to my rental being extended. Did not get a courtesy call today, as I was promised. to let me know my vehicle was ready. Robert has been great when I have called to get updates. Everyone has been nice when calling except when I called on 11/7 at 5:00 to get a status update. The male who answered was rude & told me you were closed. Your posted hours are 8-5:30. I am pleased with the work done but the customer service was not good.

Did not receive good customer service at all. Was not kept updated. Robert was great but that was the only person I spoke with when I called. I wasn't even informed as promised when my car was ready.

Thanks for the staff that repaired my truck so quickly and perfectly. Not only did they fix the issue, they washed and vacuumed it all out for me to pick up. Mark and Taylor were wonderful to deal with on this repair and will recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a FITCAMX for my 2025 Genesis GV80 that replaces the interior rear view mirror plastic cover. Since the color didn't match my interior, I turned to Tommy's Paint & Body to paint and match it to my interior. I can say they did a great job and I am 100% satisfied.

I think someone might have worn a belt and put a couple of minor scratches on the windshield frame when installing. That said I am totally satisfied, and will return with another future body work needed.
